I would like you to know how pleased I was with the service I received from the time I called to book my appointment for the estimate of damage to my BMW Z3. I met with Ken who took my car to the shop to go over the damage and point out what was needed to bring my car back to its original state before the accident. He was very thorough and pointed out everything that needed to be done to the car. He also pointed out that if there was any damage not readily visible, that it would be included when the repairs was being done.
I returned home and waited for my appointment to be arranged. I received a call and a date was set for the 18th of October. I went out to the office and explained that I was leaving town on holiday on the 13th. I was very pleased when you told me I could deliver the car on the 12th. This was definitely a plus and made the process much easier.
I called the office when I returned and they informed me that my car would be ready at 3:00 pm on Friday which I was.
I would like to thank you for the excellent manner in which you handled the entire process. I would definitely recommend your shop for quality of the finished product, excellent service and excellent staff.
